IB71 is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language spy thriller based on the 1971 Indian Airlines hijacking, written and directed by Sankalp Reddy. It stars Vidyut Jamwal, Vishal Jethwa, Faizan Khan, Anupam Kher, Ashwath Bhatt, Danny Sura, and Suvrat Joshi. Cast and Crew of IB 71
After more than a decade in Bollywood, Vidyut Jammwal is turning actor into producer. He officially unveiled his production company Action Hero Films. The actress’ first foray as a producer will be the spy thriller “IB 71”, which she will produce with Reliance Entertainment. They debuted under their home banner after bringing in Abbas Syed as co-producer.
The film will be helmed by Telugu director Sankalp Reddy, whose previous films include Ghazi (which won the National Award) and Antriksam (9000 km/hr). Additionally, he directed a short film for the first episode of Pitta Kathalu on Netflix. Sanak, directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, and Khuda Haafiz Chapter II, produced by Panorama Studios, are Jamwal’s two future projects.

Is IB71 a Hit or a Flop?
Since just a day has passed since the film’s release, there is still time to establish whether the film is a hit or a flop. The film must cross the budget of at least Rs 28 crore to do well at the box office. However, we can hope that the film will achieve a figure of around Rs 50 crores to become a super hit.
